Modified Semont Maneuver
This maneuver is normally used for cupulisthiasis
It is a forceful maneuver that can help to unstick the otoconia from the cupula
The patient's head is turned 45 degrees towards their unaffected side
The patient is then forcefully laid on their side so they are facing the ceiling
After holding that position for up to three minutes, the patient is quickly moved to their opposite side while maintaining the head position
